Virtual Iris, now the de-facto standard of 3D, Zoom and Measure
August 23, 2007 -- Virtual Iris is very glad to announce it is no longer patent-pending. Having waited 3 years and having spent some very significant dollars. Virtual Iris was awarded it's extremely large patent, covering all aspects of zoom, measure and 3D. The process of displaying 3D's which is language non-specific. Our instant 3D creation process, including all the software and hardware processes involved, even as far as the basic concept of placing an object on a lazy suzan to take pictures around the object.
We are extremely pleased with the resultant patent, it covers all aspects of 3D, zooming and measure, as well as hardware and offline opportunites.
It also provides us the ability to come out of stealth mode in terms of some of the offerings we can now provide to customers.
